This equipment is used in laboratory to prepare mixed asphalt mixtures under the EU EN12697-35 standard, it can fully coat the asphalt on the surface of the aggregate within 5 minutes at the mixing temperature.

Adopts industrial touch screen display control, simple operation, and working parameters can be saved.

Real-time display of mixing process data.

The temperature can be set freely between room temperature and 250℃, which meets the temperature requirements of cold mixing, warm mixing and hot mixing. The temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time during the mixing process, and the temperature control accuracy is ±1℃.

The mixing speed is adjustable to adapt to different aggregates and different modified asphalt mixtures.

After mixing is completed, the material will be discharged automatically.

With Phase sequence protection function, there will be an alarm sound when the power is connected incorrectly.
