The manual press is suitable for assembly, blanking, cutting, molding, flanging, press-in, straightening, bending and riveting in various kinds of industries, it’s kind of common sample processing equipment.

 

Features

Nice appearance, high precision and reliable quality. The pressure gradually increases during the pressing process, and the maximum force can reach 1.2T;

Small operating force, large pressure, wide stroke range

The stroke, head height and handle rotation angle are fully adjustable, making installation and debugging more convenient and quicker.

The worktable and the rear guide rail adopt an integrated structure to ensure the guiding accuracy; there will be no problems such as swing, shaking, and inaccurate guiding accuracy during use.

The workbench adopts positioning holes and T-slots, convenient for users to install and replace tooling and workpieces.

Equipped with a stroke stop, and a return self-locking mechanism, pressure sensor and peak value meter are optional for better performance
