The UL wire and cable burning test chamber is used for application of UL2556 9.1, 9.3 and 9.4 burning test, by replacing the bracket, also applicable for VW-1 combustion test in UL224 and UL510 by adjusting the flame size and angle etc.

Specially suitable for the testing institutions and manufacturers that use it frequently, It can fully meet the UL1581 section 1060 (vertical combustion and FT1 test), section 1080

(VW-1 burning test), section 1090 (horizontal burning test for electrical wires), section 1100 (horizontal sample/FT2 burning test) and UL2556 related standards. Also it can meet the burning test of UL510 and UL224 related clauses.

Test box is equipped with a removable three-face mask to facilitate different test requirements. The horizontal clamps in section 1090 of UL1581 are rarely used. In order to prevent corrosion of the horizontal clamps used for section 1090 of UL1581, they are made movable and placed in the combustion box during the test.

The box structure adopts aluminum alloy frame structure, and the sealing plate adopts 304 stainless steel. It is designed as upper and lower sections, which can be disassembled and assembled at the user’s laboratory site to facilitate the installation and movement of the equipment;

The gas source of the test flame is coal gas or liquefied petroleum gas. In case of dispute, methane gas should be used. The flame application time and holding time can be adjusted;

The test torch meets the requirements of ASTM D5025 in accordance with UL1581-2006 and is manufactured by Humboldt Manufacturing Co. The angle between the position of the torch and the vertical is adjustable at 0° and 20°;

The specifications of the burner meets the requirements of UL2556 standard, with facilities such as supply and exhaust systems, observation windows, operating sealing gloves, internal lighting, etc.; strictly in accordance with UL standards, the flue check valve is placed between the box and the fan between. The cabinet has good air tightness and no air enters. The distance between the flame and the sample is accurate;

Sample holder and gauge: Configure our unique sample holder (stainless steel), flame height gauge, blowtorch position gauge, etc. according to the requirements of the above test items, which are easy to use.

Air supply	Imported parts are required for components such as flow meters, pressure gauges, and back pressure gauges. The specifications of the parts meet the requirements of standard use.

Record judgement	a. Whether the extended burning time exceeds the standard required time b. Whether the cotton under the box is ignited; c.
