Ceramics Thermal shock resistance tester ISO10545-9

This equipment is specially used for determine the thermal shock resistance of ceramic tiles. Fully meets the requirements of GB/3810.9-2016 and ISO10545-9:2013 (method for determination of thermal shock resistance of ceramic tiles), as well as GB/T3298-2008( method for determination of thermal shock resistance of daily use ceramic ware).

Based on the water absorption rate of ceramic tiles being less than 10%, the immersion method is used, this tester is also suitable for testing of glass and other silicate products and refractory materials. Equipped with electric lifting and lowering device.

For ceramics with a water absorption rate greater than 10%, non immersion test method shall be adopted, which requires the aluminum plates and aluminum particles.
