Automatic proximate analyzer

The proximate analyzer is used to measure the moisture, ash and volatile matter of coal, coke, petroleum and other substances, and can automatically calculate their calorific value, fixed carbon and hydrogen content.

Features
◎ The MCPC control module and touch screen are used to monitor the status of the instrument in real time, save the instrument parameters, and the test process is completed independently without the intervention of the upper computer, realizing offline operation and self diagnosis reminder of the instrument, greatly improving the reliability of the instrument;
◎ Stepping motor and high-precision angle encoder control system are adopted, with accurate positioning and fast sample weighing;
◎ Automatic sample weighing, automatic identification of moisture drying, automatic calculation, storage and printing of results. Built in precision electronic balance, stable and reliable weighing;
◎ PID temperature control algorithm is adopted, with higher temperature control accuracy;
◎ Nitrogen drying method or air drying method can be adopted;
◎ With power off memory function, the test data will not be lost if the test process is interrupted accidentally, and the test can be completed automatically after power on;
◎ Dry fired electric heating tube is used for heating, blast drying, and all stainless steel liner, with good reflectivity and uniform furnace temperature;
◎ Inspection drying can be carried out, and the inspection drying time can be customized;
◎ The standard test time can be used, which fully conforms to the arbitration method, and the results can be used for legal arbitration;
◎ It can be connected to the laboratory management system to ensure that the balance data does not fall to the ground, and the test results are backed up and uploaded.
