Test Brush

Made of a suitable material with 22 holes drilled on it, as shown in Figure A.1, with a diameter of 4mm. Each hole has 22 nylon 66 threads with a diameter of 0.80mm and a protrusion of (16 ± 2) mm.

The effective area of the replaceable brush does not exceed 80mm × 25mm when loaded, and the effective brushing area B, as shown in Figure A.2, is [(A+80) × 25] mm2.
