Introduction

The hydraulic test bench is suitable for pressure test of various pipelines, pipe fittings, condensers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, valves, etc.

The working medium is water or Emulsion or hydraulic oil,

Multi test mode: manual, digital automatic control, PLC control, computer control

Boost  mode: single pump, dual pump, motorized pump

 

Working principle

The test bench is comprised of controller part, water tank, power tank, test cabinet. Parameters set via computer

The test bench uses compressed air as power source, the output hydraulic pressure is proportional to the driving air pressure, through adjusting the air source pressure can obtain corresponding hydraulic pressure.

 

Test modes

  1. Constant speed boost-blasting
  2. Constant speed boost – pressure holding – pressure relief
  3. Constant speed boost – pressure holding – blasting – pressure relief
